How I work

Independent by design. Toombs Consulting has operated as an independent practice since 2010. Earlier career through PwC and IBM before founding the firm — meaning the delivery norms of large SI shops are familiar, not foreign.

Practitioner-first. In-the-weeds depth on Foundation Objects, Position Management, RBP, MDF, workflows, event reasons, EC↔ECP integration, and replication. Still configuring tenants today, not just advising from a deck.

Built to last. Every engagement filtered through “will this hold up across half-yearly releases, M&A activity, and team turnover?” The throughline of every recommendation.
