How we work with partner teams
- We follow your playbook. Your delivery framework, your status cadence, your documentation standards, your client communication norms. We adapt to you, not the other way around.
- We’re credentialed and current. Our principals hold the SuccessFactors EC Professional Certification (top 5% of EC consultants). Our founder is a three-time SAP PRESS author and a member of the SuccessFactors Confidants advisory group. We are up to date on every half-yearly release.
- We bring the partnership, not the politics. We won’t cross-sell. We won’t pitch follow-on work directly. The customer relationship stays yours.
Scaling with us
One senior resource. The most common shape. A principal consultant embedded in your team under your delivery model, for the duration of the workstream.
Co-led workstream. A principal plus additional EC specialists where the scope runs parallel tracks or spans regions — sized to your plan, not to our utilization targets.
An assembled team. For larger EC scopes we stand up a team from our vetted network of independent Employee Central specialists, all of whom we have delivered alongside before. You contract with us; we handle the bench.
