As one of approximately 20 consultants worldwide in the SuccessFactors Confidants advisory group, I see what good looks like across the global SF customer base — and I help and collaborate with your delivery team to get there.

  • During implementation. A second set of expert eyes during design and build phases. I review configurations, challenge tradeoffs, and surface decisions that will matter in year three but get rushed in month three.
  • At go-live and stabilization. Helping your team separate “configured wrong” from “trained wrong” from “released too early.” Calmer go-lives, faster stabilization.
  • Post-implementation. Independent advisory as you take on new modules, geographies, or business units. A practitioner voice in the room who has seen what holds up across releases and what doesn’t.
  • At inflection points. Mergers, divestitures, ERP migrations, EC↔ECP integration changes, half-yearly release impact assessments.

How I’m different

  • SAP and EC Expert. 15 years in SAP HR projects and 10 years in Employee Central. It’s like someone built me in a lab for core hybrid and EC projects.
  • Practitioner. I still configure tenants today. I’m not a pure strategist who hasn’t touched a tenant in five years.
  • Long-view. Every recommendation is filtered through “will this hold up over time?”
